1. What information can I mass upload onto Infraspeak? 


  1. If you're a client and wish to mass upload information to your Infraspeak environment, you can do so by going to Settings > Importers:

2. What templates should I use to import my information? 


All the templates are available here.


Note that through the platform, you'll be able to import Location Types, Buildings and Locations and Assets. However, it is possible to mass upload information such as Materials, Clients, Suppliers, Common Work Orders, Update Assets, PMP, Stocks, SLA and Energy Registries. To do so, you can download the corresponding template, and request the assistance of your Customer Success Manager for the import.


3. How long does it take for imported information to be available on Infraspeak?


This will depend on the amount of data to import. Usually, after the import, the information is available immediately. Notwithstanding, there can be some delays, as once you import information, this data gets on a queue.
