The Infraspeak Technician app doesn't have an independent setting to switch between light and dark themes.
Instead, it automatically follows the colour scheme defined on your mobile device.
To change it, go to your device's Settings, open the Display or Appearance section, and select your preferred theme (Light or Dark mode). The app will adopt that scheme the next time you open it.
