- Next, you'll find an explanation of what information you'll need:
- Client Code: This code corresponds to the client to which the building/folder/location will be associated. The client code was previously created in the “Client, Locals and Operators” workbook or the platform.
- Client Name: This name corresponds to the client to which the building/folder/location will be associated. The client name was previously created in the “Client, Locals and Operators” workbook or the platform.
- Local Code: The local code will be used by Infraspeak to catalogue locals in the database and differentiate them from other locals with the same name.

- Parent Folder: Infraspeak uses a tree structure to organize buildings, with buildings being the top level, and inside a building we can have folders and/or locals, and inside folders we can have more folders and/or locals and so on. This field indicates how the building tree will be organized.
- Typology: This field indicates the type of area we are creating as it can be a bathroom, room, hallway, etc. More types can be added as required in each case. You can insert General as default setting.
- Type: This field indicates what type of structure we want to create.
- Operator: If we want to associate a user or more than one user to a building or local, we just have to insert his email in this column (for more than one user, use “;” to separate their emails)
- Keep in mind, all Orange columns are mandatory.
