Resyncing and fixing the Infraspeak Technician mobile app is important and you should do it every so often, because it will clear the cache (unnecessary stored data that may be causing difficulties in loading certain elements) and ensure the app runs smoothly at all times.


Here's how to do it:


1 - Open the Infraspeak Technician app and click on the Settings menu at the top right corner:



2 - Click on the "Resync option to clear your app's cache, and/or on the "Fix application" option if resyncing didn't work.
