After adding suppliers to your network and successfully connecting your Infraspeak with your suppliers, you’re ready to start making the most of the Infraspeak Network™.

  1. Go to the Quote requests of the Purchases group.

  2. Click on the blue “New quote request” button.

  3. Fill in the general information, including a description.

  4. Fill in the items of your quote request. You can add materials, services or any other items. Click “Save” --- ?.

  5. Select suppliers by clicking the “Add suppliers” button.

  6. Click the green “Share” button in the top left corner, and then “Share” in the pop-up box.

  7. You can use the bar at the top to find quote requests in different statuses: Drafts, Awaiting, Closed and Cancelled.
