Summary


In this article, you will be able to learn how to generate a Work Order report through Infraspeak’s Web Platform.


This example will be of an already closed work order. The report may be taken whenever one needs but, the information will be consistent with what’s in the platform. 

Also, a given user may generate as many reports as he/she wants in different moments of time.

Step by Step


1. Log in to your Infraspeak user account, on the left hand side you will have the sidebar where you can find and click the tab Work Orders.


2. From your Work Orders log, select the one you would like to generate a report on, go to the toolbar above and select Reports.

You may also enter the Work Order itself and select in the top toolbar the Report option.



3. Once you have clicked on Reports you will have to the option to chose from:

  • Work Order Report
  • Work Order Complete Report


Once you have selected an option, it will download a PDF report for you to access your Work Order Report.
