In this article you will be able to learn how to solve a work order through Infraspeak’s Mobile App.
Step by Step
1. Log in to your account on your mobile phone.
2. Once logged in, go to Work Orders.
3. In Work Orders, go to the work order you want to solve and click on it.
4. Once you are in the Work Order, to solve the Work Order, select Close or pause work order.
5. In the new screen, you have to fulfill the following fields:
6. Once the information is complete, click Close at the bottom of the screen.
7. Once you have clicked Close, the Work Order status will change from "In Resolution" to "Closed". You can confirm it in the list below.
