You can export a list of all your users, along with the Clients and Buildings each one has access to, directly from the Infraspeak platform. This is useful for auditing permissions or preparing bulk changes.
Before you start
Make sure you have:
- Administrator permissions
- Access to the web version of Infraspeak
Steps to export
- Go to Settings > Importers.
- Select the Users export option.
- Download the generated Excel file.
What happens next
Once downloaded, you'll have a clear overview of all your users, their Clients, and the Buildings they can access. You can use this file for reference, reporting, or as the starting point for bulk updates whenever you need to adjust permissions across multiple users at once.
