- Key Fobs: 30mm high-gloss tags that are highly resistant and completely waterproof.
- Heavy Duty Tags: Rugged anti-metal tags built to withstand shock, impact, vibration, water, and chemical exposure.

- Standard Tags: Tags featuring only the Infraspeak logo are sold in multiples of 100 units.
- Personalized Tags: If you want your own company logo printed on the tags, there is a minimum order requirement of 1,000 units. Please note that all tags come with a white background, so only the logo itself can be customized.

2. When to contact your Customer Success Manager (CSM) and how to request Hardware
Your Customer Success Manager (CSM) is your strategic partner to ensure you get the most out of Infraspeak. While our Customer Care team is always ready to assist you with technical support and troubleshooting, there are specific topics that should be handled directly by your CSM or Account Manager.
2.1 Topics you should handle with your CSM:
- Hardware Requests (NFC Tags & Smartphones): You can request the purchase of equipment directly through your CSM. We offer rugged smartphones as well as different types of NFC tags, including regular PVC discs for metal surfaces, high-gloss key fobs, and heavy-duty anti-metal tags. Please keep in mind that orders can take up to 4 weeks to arrive, and if you want personalized tags with your own logo, there is a minimum purchase requirement of 1000 units.
- Consulting and Configuration Advice: Infraspeak is fully customizable to your needs. If you need strategic advice or consulting on how to better adapt the platform's settings and modules to your specific operation, your CSM is the right person to guide you.
- Pricing and Plan Upgrades: If you want to explore new capabilities, upgrade your subscription plan (such as moving to Plus+, Advanced, or Enterprise), or acquire new add-ons, your CSM will provide you with all the pricing details and setup information.
