Simpler Access. Stronger Security. Greater Control.
Logging in to Infraspeak is now faster, easier, and more secure for every user through Single Sign-On (SSO).
What is SSO?
Single Sign-On is a centralized authentication method that allows users to access multiple platforms using one single set of credentials. With SSO, your teams can log in to Infraspeak using the same corporate credentials they already use every day — no additional passwords required.
Why SSO Matters for Your Business
SSO Means Convenience
SSO eliminates the need to remember multiple passwords or manage different login credentials. Users access Infraspeak quickly and securely using their corporate email, improving the overall experience and saving valuable time.
SSO Means Efficiency
User management becomes centralized and effortless. When employees already have a corporate account, access to Infraspeak is immediate. There’s no need to manually create users, reset passwords, or manage individual access requests.
Onboarding new team members and offboarding leavers becomes a seamless process, reducing administrative overhead and eliminating common access issues.
SSO Means Security
With SSO, access control is centralized within your IT department. This reduces risks associated with weak or reused passwords and removes the need to store credentials across multiple systems. By consolidating authentication, your organization strengthens its security posture and minimizes vulnerabilities.
Flexible User Management Options
User Provisioning
With user provisioning, accounts are automatically created in Infraspeak when users log in for the first time using SSO.
How it works:
A technician logs in using their corporate email (e.g. technicianjohn@companyfm.com).
An Infraspeak account is automatically created.
The user can only access Infraspeak through SSO.
If the user is removed from the Identity Provider, access is revoked, while the Infraspeak account remains for audit and historical purposes.
Key notes:
Default user settings are applied upon creation (role, language, timezone, warehouse, clients, buildings, etc.).
If the user already exists in Infraspeak, SSO will recognize and authenticate the existing account.
User Provisioning + Directory Sync
For organizations requiring tighter access control, SSO can be combined with Directory Sync.
With Directory Sync:
All users from the Identity Provider are automatically synchronized with Infraspeak.
When a user is removed from the corporate directory, the corresponding Infraspeak account is automatically deactivated or removed.
This guarantees full alignment between corporate access policies and Infraspeak user management.
SSO Activation and Setup
SSO implementation is managed by the Product Solutions & Services team, ensuring a smooth and secure setup.
Our team will:
Guide you through the required information and technical steps;
Configure default user settings for newly created accounts;
Provide full support throughout the activation process.
Once SSO is enabled, it becomes the mandatory login method across all Infraspeak applications.
Supported Identity Providers
SSO and Directory Sync are enabled through our integration with WorkOS, ensuring broad compatibility with leading Identity Providers.
