The implementation process is quite straightforward, as Infraspeak has developed a dedicated connector for this purpose. Below, we detail the requirements for implementing this integration and all relevant information regarding the process.

Host PMS Requirements

For the correct installation of this integration, the following information must be requested from the responsible Host PMS stakeholders:

  • Confirmation of the Host API Base URL;

  • Subscription Key for API access;

  • List of hotel rooms, including the following information:

    • Room Code;

    • Room Description/Name.

Infraspeak Requirements

For the correct installation of this integration, the following requirements must be validated on the Infraspeak side:

  • The Housekeeper module must be active, with (at a minimum) the following available statuses:

    • Occupied;

    • Dirty;

    • Clean;

    • Clean and Inspected;

    • Out of Service.

  • Note: Status naming may differ. The objective is to map all statuses available in the Host PMS to a corresponding Housekeeper status in Infraspeak.

  • Rooms, configured as locations associated with a Building (Hotel) in Infraspeak, must have the same code as the corresponding room in Host.
    Note: Room mapping is performed at the Building level in Infraspeak.

  • A Location Type corresponding to “Out of Inventory” must be configured. This location type will be used when updating rooms marked as out of inventory in Host.
    Note: This location type should not be made available in the Housekeeper module, to ensure that rooms marked as out of service are not displayed in this module.

Once the above requirements are met, the Integration Success team will have all the necessary information to activate the Host PMS ↔ Infraspeak connector.
