The integration between Infraspeak and Outlook Calendar is available, meaning you can ask your CSM directly for this integration.

The integration between Infraspeak and Outlook Calendar empowers organizations to optimize their scheduling processes and enhance team efficiency. By bridging both platforms, it provides real-time visibility of work schedules, ensures seamless coordination, and strengthens resource planning.

This Integration will allow you:

  • Automate the creation, update, and deletion of Outlook Calendar events based on scheduling actions in Infraspeak Planner.

  • Provide technicians and managers with real-time, accessible visibility of technicians' assigned work schedules within a Outlook Calendar.

  • Improve coordination and resource planning by reflecting schedule changes across both platforms.

  • Enable basic bidirectional synchronization for event rescheduling initiated from Outlook Calendar.

Below, please find step-by-step on how to activate and configure this integration on your Infraspeak entity.

How to use the platform to have your events appear in your Microsoft Outlook?

Utilizing the Microsoft Outlook integration on the Infraspeak platform requires the use of the Planner functionality

1 - When accessing this feature, the planned job and work orders (events) will be displayed in daily and weekly views.

2 - After the date is selected, it is routed to the assigned technician and displayed in calendar format within the Planner feature.

After confirming the event scheduling, the event will be sent to the Microsoft Outlook of  the technician registered on the Infraspeak platform.

Note: Rescheduled events will also be updated via the Microsoft Outlook integration in Prismatic. If a job or task is rescheduled, a new event will be sent to the technician calendar, reflecting the new date chosen in the rescheduling. The previous event will be erased.
