On this guide, you will find the details of scheduling planned jobs from templates inside a work order. There are three main sections:

  • Schedule new Planned Job from a Work Order
  • See, reschedule or delete the new Planned Job inside the Work Order
  • Navigate between Work Orders and Planned Jobs
  • WO and PJO status synchronization

1. Schedule new Planned Job from a Work Order


  1. Click on the Work Order you want to schedule the PJ from.



  2. On the Calendar section, click on Schedule work order




  3. You will see two options. "As a work order" or "As a new planned job". Click on the second one:



  4. Select the date and time for the new Planned Job



  5. Select the Template you want to use from the Planned Job templates library



    Note: if you're looking for a specific template that is not visible in the dropdown list, confirm if you were given the necessary permissions to see and use that template. Also, only templates for single occurrence planned jobs will be available.

  6. Click on Schedule as planned job to be directed to the detailed creation step




  7. Now you've entered the detailed process of creating the Planned Job. You will see that some fields are pre-populated from the Work Order (first) and then from the Template.



  8. Click on Create Planned Job to finish the process.


2. See, reschedule or delete the new Planned Job inside the Work Order


  1. By clicking on the Calendar section inside the WO, you will find the recently create PJO and it's schedule details.



  2. You can Reschedule the Planned Job Order by clicking on the "Reschedule" button.



  3. You can also delete it by clicking on the 3 dots symbol and then "Delete". Click on Delete.



  4. To delete it, you will be asked to type in the PJ code (validation step for safety).


3. Navigate between Work Orders and Planned Jobs


  1. Click on the small arrow icon to be directed to the Planned Job Order modal



  2. Inside the Planned job order, you will see all its details, including the scheduling details



  3. You will also be able to see the details of the linked Work Order and Planned Job, including the possibility to jump between these objects
