b. Define all the information you'd like to see included, like you would for a regular cyclic job.
c. Key Fields: Provide a Template Name (mandatory) and Observations (optional).
d. Decide who should use this template: everyone or specific users/technical skills.
2.2 From an existing planned job
a. From the details of a cyclic planned job (or from the planned job list), choose “Save as Template.”
b. The form pre-fills from the job. Edit as needed (e.g. make it generic), give it a new Template Name, and save.

a. During the new cyclic planned job setup, click “Create Template.”
b. A quick pop-up will ask for Template Name, Observations, and Visibility. Save the template and continue creating your job.
3. Using Templates to Launch Planned Jobs
3.1 Put your blueprints into action:
a. Choose the “From saved templates” option when creating a new Planned Job.
b. A list of your visible templates appears (searchable/sortable). Select one.
c. The planned job form pre-fills with the template's data.
d. Review, make any job-specific adjustments (e.g., assign a specific client/building/asset if the template is generic), and save the planned job as usual.
4. Managing Your Template Library
Keep managing your templates:
Editing: Select a template and click “Edit” to modify it fully (location, tasks, interventions, visibility, etc.).
