Dynamic Jobs is an option for the frequency of interventions within Cyclic Jobs. When selected, each time you complete the current occurrence, a new one will be created automatically based on the stipulated periodicity. The Dynamic Jobs option is very useful for jobs that can occur before or after the set periodicity.
Having this option creates flexibility that adapts to the needs of your operations.
1. Creating a Cyclic Dynamic Planned Job
1.1 Creating the intervention
To create an intervention of the dynamic type within your Cyclic Jobs, go to the Interventions tab at the top of the screen and select the Dynamic Intervention type.
1.2 Edit the job
a) start date and time
b) Calendar type - 24/7; 9-6
c) Determine the start time of the next occurrence: Automatically create X hour(s) after the occurrence is completed.
Now just finish the Cyclic Job creation process.
