1. How to create a quote
1. Login to the Infraspeak web platform.
2. On the left-hand side menu, find and click on "Sales", then "Quotes" on the drop-down menu:

3. Click on "Create Quote":
4. A sidebar will appear in which you will be able to fill in with as many details as needed, the only mandatory field being the "Client" field:
5. It is also possible to associate the quote with a Planned Job Order or a Work Order. All you have to do is click on the field right below "Associated with" and select either one of the options, then search for your Planned Job Order or Work Order:
6. Once you are done, just click on the "New Quote Button", and your sales quote will be created:
2. How to manage quotes
1. Your newly created quote will have been saved on the "Drafts" tab, which can be accessed by clicking on "Drafts" on the top of the page:
2. When you select a quote using the checkbox to the left of the quote, a menu will appear right below, and via this menu you can manage a couple of your quotes' settings:
If you click on:
a. "Create Quote", you will proceed to create a now quote unrelated to the one you selected;
b. "Set as ongoing", "Approve", "Decline" or "Cancel", you will change the status of the quote, and it will be moved to one of the corresponding tabs;
d. "Approve and Convert into Sale", you will convert the quote into a sale, and the quote will be moved to the "Approved" tab, while also creating a new registry on the "Sales" module;
e. "Duplicate", you will create a copy of your quote, which will be automatically placed on the "Ongoing" tab;
f. "Delete", you will completely wipe all information about the quote (this action cannot be undone!)
It is always possible to select more than one quote to perform any of the actions above
3. By clicking on the quote field instead of the checkbox, you will see a sidebar where you can check the quote's Information or History:
4. While the quote is selected, if you hover the mouse over the quote, a expand icon will appear, click on it in order to check even more information about your quotes:

On this window, you will be able to change the status of the quote, share the quote with a contact, create and download a report, attach documents or messages, and assign items to your quote.
