This article will teach you how to create warehouses and materials using the Infraspeak Stocks app.

1. How to create a Warehouse

  1. In the Stock sidebar, you'll find two options: “Warehouses” and “Materials”.


  2. Navigate to the Warehouses screen, where you'll find a list of all your current warehouses. To add a new warehouse, simply click on the “Create warehouse” button at the top.
  3. To create a warehouse, you'll need to fill in the following fields:

    - Code (optional)

    - Warehouse name (mandatory)

    - Associated users (mandatory): This field determines who will have access to view and manage materials within the warehouse.

  4. Once you've created your warehouse, you'll have the option to review and edit its information


2. How to create a Material


  1. Navigate to the “Materials” tab in the Stocks menu to create your first material. 
  2. To create a material, you'll need to fill in the following fields to provide additional contextual information:

    - Code (mandatory)

    - Material name (mandatory)

    - Material type (mandatory)

    - Unit of measurement (mandatory)

    - Description (optional)

  3. If you're creating a material for which you don't yet have a type, you can create it and organize it within the respective material type folders.


2.1 Editing general Material information

    a. After creating the material, you can review and edit any related information. In addition to the fields available during creation, you can also fill in:

- SKU

- Sales Price € (no VAT)

- EAN/UPC

- VAT (%)

- Observations
