In this article you will learn how to visualise and perform tasks on a Planned Job via the Infraspeak Next app.


1. Visualising Tasks on Planned Jobs

  1. Login into the Infraspeak Next app on your mobile device.

  2. On the "Planned Jobs" section, find the Planned Job in which you wish to perform the tasks on.

  3. In order to visualise the tasks, the Planned Job needs to be started.

  4. To visualise the tasks inside this Planned Job, scroll down to the "Assets" section.

2. Performing Tasks on Planned Jobs

There are two different ways to perform the tasks inside a planned job on the Infraspeak Next app:

  1. The first option is to click on the orange check sign visible on the list of tasks.

  2. The second option is to click on the task you wish to perform on the list and, on the next screen, click on the "Done" button at the bottom of the screen.

  3. Once all the tasks have been performed, the Planned Job can be closed on the "Close" button at the bottom of the screen.
