1. How to Disable the 2-Step Verification


  1. Go to the 2-Step Verification settings page.
  2. Click the "Disable" button to deactivate the add-on for all users.
    1. Important Note: To disable the 2-Step Verification add-on, the administrator must have at least one verification method enabled. For security reasons, the user must confirm using a verification code to disable this add-on.
  3. The administrator should select the verification method.
  4. The add-on will be disabled after the verification code is checked.


Important Note: When the add-on is disabled, user configurations remain saved. If re-enabled, previous configurations will be automatically applied.
