How to add observations to Tasks on Work Orders and Planned Jobs

On this article we are going to learn how to add observations to Tasks, you can add observations for both Work Orders and Planned Jobs tasks

Adding observations to tasks

1. Find the desired task that you want to add an observation and tap on its title

2. The Task Details Screen will be displayed and then tap on the Add observation button

3. Type the desired observation and you are done!
