1. Locate the quote request or work order or planned job order that you would like to discuss through chat.
2. Double-click on it to open it.
3. Scroll down or hover over the sidebar until you reach Messages
4. You can send messages to:
- Any third-party providers you’ve shared this quote request, work order or planned job order with.
- “My team”, which are any associated team members with access to that quote request, work order or planned job order.
- Infraspeak Direct™ users — additional people with access to the quote request, work order or planned job order via Infraspeak Direct™.
Note: message threads with suppliers are hidden from other suppliers or direct users.
