2. Infraspeak:


  • on the Infraspeak web platform, click on the smiley face at the top right corner

  • on the Infraspeak Direct web platform, click on your name (top right corner) and select "Comments and Suggestions"

  • on the Infraspeak Technician app, click on the "Feedback & Suggestions tab"

  • on the Infraspeak Manager app, click on the button with your initials/photo, and select "Send Feedback"



3. Infraspeak Academy:


  • click the "Support & Feedback" tab at the top of the screen, and select "New ticket" (you will have to be logged in in order to raise a new ticket and check your ticket history)
